WHAT NOT TO BRING
No outside food or drink is allowed.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Regular ticket sales will close on Friday December 29th, at noon. Any reservations made after that will be at an increased rate. Don't wait, make your reservations now!

All cards except Discover, or exact cash only.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
If you are unable to make reservations prior to the cut-off, or plans have fallen through, you are always welcome at The Riverwoods! Please be patient as we make sure each guest has a spot.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds available in full up until Thursday December 28th at noon. No refunds will be issued after that.
EVENT CANCELLATION
In the occasion of an event cancellation due to extreme circumstances, all guests will receive a full refund.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
